Omron is al ruim 50 jaar een toonaangevend industrieel automatiseringsbedrijf. Naast het al wijd bekende productgamma van besturings- en elektronische componenten heeft Omron ook een lijn van vision-producten. Met de zelf ontwikkelde vision-software van Omron kan snel een betrouwbare vision-oplossing gerealiseerd worden. Door het grote assortiment aan camera’s en processoren kunnen zowel eenvoudige als veeleisende toepassingen gecreëerd worden. Omron richt zich voornamelijk op machinebouwers en andere klanten die vaker vision-oplossingen bouwen. Zij kunnen hierbij geholpen worden door ervaren field application engineers.

Van Rooij E.D.S.E produceert in eigen beheer Smart Camera’s die werken op basis van een web interface. De camera’s zijn 100% programmeerbaar en standaard voorzien van een zeer complete, ingebouwde, vision bibliotheek. Van Rooij E.D.S.E bouwt OEM camerasystemen volledig op klant specificatie, maar verzorgt ook Vision Projecten, van concept tot implementatie.

DEMCON develops and implements industrial systems for the broad mechanical engineering market, from small precision machines to large-scale production lines. These systems may be a special module or a complete machine, or also components of a production line. Examples are: a vision system for process control, setting up manual or automated worksites, the installation of an assembly line and the construction of a special machine. Our clients are specialised mechanical engineering companies, OEMs and production companies in the Netherlands and abroad.

DEMCON has on hand all the disciplines needed to execute designs that meet the specifications demanded. If required these disciplines can be put to work to supplement the client’s development capacity. DEMCON follows a structured approach to design, where one discipline, frequently the mechanical, may be in the forefront, while other disciplines, such as electrical engineering and control engineering, are called in as needed
